U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule

The new U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule will take full effect April 22, 2010. The administration and enforcement of the rule for Arkansas will come out of the US EPA Region 6 Office in Dallas. The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality will refer inquiries concerning this rule to Region 6.  ADEQ is not administering and enforcing this rule.
