Robert Reynolds

Commissioner Reynolds is the current Chair of the Commission. He was appointed to the Commission in 2015 to represent District 4 and his current term expires in 2019.

Commissioner Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University. He spent 43 years working in the design, permitting, drilling, supervision, completion, work over, evaluation and operation of 2,100 oil, gas, saltwater disposal, and water-flood injection wells. Commission Reynolds is a former advisory director of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, former director of Lion Oil Company, and former member and president of the Union County Water Conservation Board. He also is president of the DeSoto Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, he is a 50 Eagle Scout, and has hiked the length of the Ozark Highlands Trail as well as the Grand Canyon.
