Welcome to the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Invoice Payment System!

This service, developed by the Information Network of Arkansas (INA), has been provided as a fast and secure way to pay your invoice online. Accepted methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card or an electronic check. An electronic check is a method of deducting the funds electronically from your checking account just as you would write a check. A portal administration fee will be added to the total amount due.
