This Department is committed to responding to public concerns and complaints relating to environmental management. If you are concerned about the handling or disposal of a hazardous waste in Arkansas, you may notify the Department:

NOTE:  In case of an acute emergency, such as an petroleum product or hazardous waste spill, contact the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management at 800-322-4012.  This office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to receive notification of and coordinate responses to these and other emergency conditions.

Description of Problem
Please describe your complaint in detail. Include as much factual information as possible relating to "who, what, where, and when". For example did it involve Air Pollution such as burning of rubbish, smoke, odors; Water Pollution from agricultural or commercial activities; Waste complaints such as dumping, etc. Please include any known dates, times, witnesses, type of materials or substances involved, or previous corrective actions that have been taken.
