ADEQ Public Notices Concerning Enforcement Actions

ADEQ publishes public monthly notices about enforcement actions it has taken. These notices may contain Consent Administrative Orders (CAOs) and Notices of Violation (NOVs).

Notices are posted in order of the notice date, with the most recent notices appearing at the top of the list.

NOTE: The CAOs and NOVs are available to be viewed/searched from the Legal Division's CAO/NOV On-Line Searchable Database, including PDF copies of the actual CAOs and NOVs as they become available.
