The Enforcement Branch’s personnel investigate citizens' complaints about illegal dumping and attempt to identify those responsible for the illegal activities. After those responsible are identified, the Branch strives to obtain voluntary compliance and clean up, or may take civil or criminal enforcement action where necessary. Your complaint may be filed:
