Minor Modification
General solid waste permits shall be subject to an initial
fee, annual fee, modification fee, and a permit transfer fee as described in Reg
9.609.
- All fees must be paid by check or money order to the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
- Pre-site fees are due with submittal of the preliminary application.
- Application fees are due with submittal of the full application.
- Annual fees are due during each calendar year following the issuance of
the permit through the calendar year in which the department approves the closure
of the facility. First year fee may be prorated to establish the annual billing
cycle at department convenience.
- Modification and Permit Transfer fees must accompany the modification or
transfer application.
- Post Closure fees are due in each calendar year throughout the closure and
post closure period beginning in the calendar year that the landfill closes
and ending with department approval of the completion of the post closure maintenance
period.
- No refund or partial refund of fees will be made.
