No Exposure Exclusion

A condition of No Exposure exists at an industrial facility when all industrial materials and activities are protected from exposure to rain, snow, snowmelt, and/or runoff (See 40 CFR 122.26(b)(14)(i) – (ix) and (xi)). The No Exposure Certification Form may be used to request a No Exposure Exclusion from Industrial Stormwater permitting requirements as outlined in Part 1.8 of ARR000000.
