Inactive/Terminated NPDES Permit Searchable Database

This database includes inactive NPDES permits that have been terminated, canceled or voided. Each entry in this list contains the NPDES permit number assigned to the facility, the facility name, the date the permit became inactive, the date the current permit was issued (if issued), and the date the permit expired (if issued).
