This database includes the permit events data for active facilities
that have applied for an NPDES permit in the State of Arkansas. Permit events data
refers to specific dates in the NPDES permit issuance process. Each entry in this
list contains the NPDES permit number assigned to the facility, the facility name,
the Major/Minor status of the facility, the type of facility, the Standard Industrial
Classification (SIC) Code for the facility, the date the most current permit application
was received, the date the current permit was issued, the date the current
permit became effective, the date the permit expires and the date the permit was
completed.
