Reported Noncompliance Incident Data

• To receive a complete list of all reports, leave all fields blank or "No Restrictions".
• Permit Number and Facility Name are matched if the record contains what you enter.
• To use the Miscellaneous Search field, enter any word that is in the Location or Comments fields.
