Pretreatment Regulated Industries/ Facilities

• To receive a complete list of all permits, leave all fields blank or "No Restrictions".
• AFIN and Facility Name are matched if the record contains what you enter.
• SIC and NAICS are matched if the record equals what you enter.

Compliance Status Definitions:

• C = compliant with 40 CFR 403
• NC = infrequently non-compliant with 40 CFR 403
• SNC = significantly non-compliant per CFR 403.8(f)(2)(viii) criteria

Compliance status information based on most current Pretreatment City Annual Reports or a Categorical Industry's [in a non-Pretreatment City] latest semi-annual report.
