ADEQ Comments on EPA’s Arkansas Regional Haze and Interstate Visibility Transport Federal Implementation Plan: Proposed Rule

On July 15, 2015, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality submitted comments in response to EPA’s proposed Federal Implementation Plan (Proposed FIP) covering Regional Haze and Interstate Visibility Transport for the State of Arkansas (Federal Register/ Vol. 80, No. 67/ Wednesday, April 8, 2015/ Proposed Rules). ADEQ has identified significant flaws in EPA’s proposal and urges EPA to withdraw the Proposed FIP.
