Thomas H. McWilliams

Mr. McWilliams is a partner and Vice President of Production Services, Inc. and a founding partner of Red Dog Oil Tools. Both are headquartered in Magnolia, Arkansas. Production Services and Red Dog Oil Tools provide specialized and comprehensive services for oil, gas, chemical and brine well producers located throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. He has spearheaded the company's recent involvement in the south Arkansas lithium projects. He is also the owner and President of WOH, Inc., an oil and gas holding company.

Mr. McWilliams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1990. He was a member of the Arkansas Oil & Gas Commission from 2017 through 2023; an advisory board member of Cadence Bank in Magnolia, Arkansas from 2018 through 2024; a member of the College of Engineering Advisory Board for Southern Arkansas University; a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers; and a member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing. He is an active member of First Baptist Church, Magnolia.
