Investigation Comment:
I called Pastor Bouie on December 23, 2015 and left a message. He returned my call that evening after work hours and stated that he would be out over the holidays. On January 6, 2015 I contacted Pastor Bouie and had a conversation with him regarding his concerns. I informed Pastor Bouie that there are currently no regulations regarding fog generated from a WWTP. He stated that the fog was toxic and caused the bushes and vegetation to die upon contact. I urged Pastor Bouie to contact legislators to discuss his disagreements that ADEQ does not have a regulation regarding fog or steam produced in the treatment process of wastewater.

Description Comment:
ADEQ Air Division Inspector Tiffany Wooten informed me of a complaint she worked from Pastor Bouie in which he stated that fog generated from the wastewater treatment process at Georgia-Pacific was causing environmental concerns. Tiffany was unsure if this was a regulated process of treatment.
