Katie,

In light of what has happened on the Bluebird Sand property, why would ADEQ want to grant these Construction and Discharge Permits?  In my view, it is just a matter of time before an “event” would occur that potentially could damage Piney Creek and the White River.

I am a property owner on Mill Creek and have plans to retire to the area.  There is much at stake here and I believe there should be in-depth studies done BEFORE these permits are approved as to the impact on our streams and drinking water should such an event take place here with the Evergreen.

I won’t be able to attend the meeting as I am out of state but please consider my comments before a decision is made here.

Thank you.
