Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program

Closed

The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is no longer accepting applications. Those submitted before 5:00 p.m. August 15 will be processed by priority and in the order received until all funds are spent. Therefore, not all eligible households may receive LIHWAP benefits.

LIHWAP payments are made directly to enrolled water and wastewater utilities. Utilities may start the LIHWAP enrollment process by completing this short form. To receive LIHWAP payments on behalf of customers, water and wastewater utilities must be enrolled in the program.
