Storage Tanks Advisory Committee Meeting Scheduled

NORTH LITTLE ROCK - The Arkansas Petroleum Storage Tank Advisory Committee will meet at 9:00 a.m. January 31, 2017, at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 1E09 on the first floor of the building.

Items on the agenda include reports on the financial status of the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund and consideration of requests for reimbursements for cleanup operations involving petroleum releases in North Little Rock, Smackover, Dermott, Marion, Siloam Springs, Mount Pleasant, Helena, Warren, Texarkana, and Forrest City.

The committee advises and assists ADEQ and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission concerning administration of the state Regulated Storage Tank Program.
