APC&E Commission July Meeting Scheduled

NORTH LITTLE ROCK - The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet July 28, 2017, at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters Commission Room, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Director Becky Keogh will present an agency report on matters concerning ADEQ programs.

The commission will consider the department’s petition to initiate rulemaking to revise Regulation 12 and hear oral argument on the Crochet Equipment Company, Inc., Docket No. 17-002-NOV, appeal. APC&E Commissioner, Dr. Joe Bates, will be recognized by fellow commissioners as he retires from the Arkansas Department of Health and his post on the commission.
