March APC&EC Meeting Scheduled

NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on March 2, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.

Agenda items include a request to initiate emergency rulemaking for Regulation 36, the Used Tire Recycling and Accountability Program. The Commissioners will also hear recommended decisions in the Muhammed Zameer and Tristate Contracting of Brinkley, LLC, appeal and Edward Motor Company, Inc.
