May APC&EC Meeting Scheduled
NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on May 24, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters at 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.
Agenda items include an update on the Regulatory Streamlining Project from the Office of Air Quality, the Regulation for the Prevention of Pollution by Salt Water and Other Oil Field Wastes Produced by Wells in Fields or Pools, and Administration Procedures for Regulation 8. The Commissioners will also hear requests from the Wastewater Licensing Committee as well as the Solid Waste Licensing Committee.
