CAP/MARKETING BOARD MEETING SCHEDULED
NORTH LITTLE ROCK —The Arkansas State Marketing Board for Recyclables and Compliance Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its third quarterly meeting on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, in Fayetteville. Site tours are scheduled from 9:00a.m.–11:00 a.m. at the Noland Wastewater Treatment Plant (1400 N. Fox Hunter Road) and at the West Side Wastewater Treatment Facility (15 S. Broyles Avenue). The meeting begins at noon at the West Side Wastewater Treatment Facility.
At the meeting, panel members will discuss their statewide and national recycling concerns, effectiveness of ADEQ’s current Small Business Loan Program, statewide recycling surveys, and ADEQ’s Air Integrated Regulation (AIR) streamlining project.
The Marketing Board advises and assists ADEQ with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable materials in Arkansas. CAP is a federal program that was established to help small businesses with their air permits.
