July APC&EC Meeting Scheduled
NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on July 27, 2018, in the commission room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.
Agenda items include discussion regarding Administrative Law Judge Charles Moulton’s recommended decision in the matter of C&H Hog Farms, Inc., settled cases per Regulation No. 8 regarding El Dorado Chemical Company and Ash Grove Cement Company, and nominations for Chair and Vice Chair.
