December APC&EC Meeting Scheduled
NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on December 7, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters at 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.
Agenda items include discussion on Regulation No. 2, City of Huntsville Third-Party Rulemaking, and Regulation No. 14, Regulations and Administrative Procedures for the Waste Tire Program. Administrative Law Judge Charles Moulton will address the Commission regarding the matter of Denali Water Solutions, LLC.
