September APC&EC Meeting Scheduled
NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on September 28, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters at 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.
Agenda items include discussion on Regulation No. 30, Arkansas Remedial Action Trust Fund Hazardous Substance Site Priority List, and discussion on Regulation No. 19, Regulations of the Arkansas Plan of Implementation for Air Pollution Control. Also on the agenda is Regulation No. 37, Nutrient Trading Research and Advisory Group Third-Party Rulemaking. Administrative Law Judge Charles Moulton will address the Commission regarding the settled cases per Regulation No. 8 in the matter of Great Lakes Chemical Corporation.
