Funds were used to cover portion of the administrative staff's salary expenses and expenses for services and supplies resulting from solid waste education activities conducted by the district as follows: Portion of Director's salary, Assistant Director's salary, and Administrative Assistant's salary; beads and supplies for Safety Day at Lowell Elementary; and Survey Monkey "Select Yearly Plan." The Survey Monkey plan will allow us to run various surveys throughout the year, such as asking teachers what solid waste lessons they teach and what presentations they would like from us and the general public what they know about solid waste and what we can do to improve. |
