District collected and recycled 196.24 tons during this time period, which included collection at e-waste events/pickups, office recycling program, and community events. Staff worked to clean up/ disburse past grants, and is in the process of establishing recycling programs in all six counties. The district has also worked to rebrand the recycling program/materials and is developing an education program for school districts to use in the six counties. Staff established new acounting system to track and administer grants. |
