Used to pay the administrative costs necessary for the various aspects of the district's recycling program. Costs such as (but no limited to) phone calls to coordinate the pickup of truckloads of baled recyclable materia;s office supplies for recycling reports, etc.; postage and postal supplies for corresponding with ADEQ and other agencies; public notices in six newspapers in the district's four counties; invitation for bids concerning the recycling projects that are required to be published in the regional newspaper serving the area; newspaper and radio advertising of our recycling programs; costs for meetings, seminars, and conferences where recycling is discussed; and a host of other administrative costs. |
