Regional Services
Regional Services, part of the Office of Operations, responds to environmental emergencies and provides training for both the regulated community and ADEQ technical staff.
Emergency Response
The Emergency Response staff responds to and monitors incidents involving environmental pollution threats. Staff works with local public safety officials and emergency response contractors to minimize threats to the environment.
Compliance Assistance Training
ADEQ offers training to help members of the regulated community understand how to comply with ADEQ regulations and requirements. Current compliance assistance training includes all of the following topics:
Air: What to Expect During an Inspection
Emergency Response: Burning – What You Can and Cannot Do
Regulated Wastes: Definition of Solid Waste Final Rule, Financial Assurance and Fees, Common Regulated Storage Tank Violations
Water: Permit Literacy
There is no charge for this training event, but registration is required.
