Comments: METHOD OF DISCOVERY: EMPLOYEE SMELLED GASOLINE ODOR CLEAN UP SPILLED FUEL. DO LSA. 7/11/01 (James Atchley) Casefile opened with the Technical Branch. 7/18/01 (James Atchley) Site visit by Atchley/Warren. Release appears to be from Diesel dispenser drip over time. Product percolated down through 20' of fill (composed of mine overburden limestone/clay) to native soils of upper Trinity formation.
