Draft TMDLs at Public Notice
The comment period for all draft TMDL public notices ends at 4:30 p.m. Central Time the last day of the comment period. If the last day of the comment period is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday the public comment period ends at 4:30 p.m. on the next business day. DEQ considers all petitions and comments received during the public comment period.
The draft TMDLs along with their supporting documents, technical information, and data are available for review during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the ADEQ Main Office located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118-5317; or contact the TMDL coordinator by phone 501-682-0661 or send an email to EE.Water.TMDL.Comments@arkansas.gov.
