Investigation Comment:
An investigation was conducted of Field 7 to determine if land application of wastewater from the above referenced had taken place using a vac tanker prior to obtaining approval. The review of Field 7 did not indicate any vac tanker had been on the field. There were no tire tracks in the field and the facility's application records through April 1, 2014 indicate no application has taken place on Field 7.
