ADEQ Comments on EPA’s National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Ozone: Proposed Rule

On March 16, 2015, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) submitted comments in response to EPA’s proposal to establish a new primary and secondary NAAQS for Ozone (Federal Register/Vol. 79, No. 242/ Wednesday, December 17, 2014/ Proposed Rules). ADEQ supports retaining the current level and form of the primary and secondary standards.
