I drove up and down West Penn Road and South Penn Road. I did not observe any activities that would cause concerns for human health.

Description Comment:
From phone conversation:
"Ms. McGaughey has seen a documentary that claims that the GP plant is Crossett is dumping chemicals in the water around Crossett, and that the documentary has interviewed people that live on South Penn Rd. and West Penn Rd. that have become very sick and have had friends and family die from the chemicals being dumped into the water. She would like for someone to find out if this is correct. She says if the inspector could watch satellite TV LINKTV documentary on 'KOCH Brothers Exposed' they would see what is happening."
