Description Comment: 
As recorded by M McConnell: "Ms. Anderson says that every time they get a rain the manhole at the back of her property blows the lid releasing raw sewage onto her property. She has called the city water and sewer dept. many times and they came out when it first happen some years ago, but now they tell her there is nothing they can do because that is at the end of the sewer line. Now she is dealing with the raw sewage, toilet paper, and the smell. I gave her the number of the Health Dept. here in Little Rock. She said they do not even mow that area anymore because of the raw sewage on the ground."
