On June 8-12, 2021, Twin Rivers Paper Company, LLC reported an unpermitted discharge caused by a hydraulic overload. I informed Mr. David Cockrell that Twin Rivers had reported the unpermitted discharge and provided him with the contact information of Danielle Harbin, Enforcement Coordinator, assigned to this facility.
