Description Comment: 
From online complaint submission (W-10752): "Hello, I have received information on good authority that the El Dorado Waste Water Department is illegally diluting water for El Dorado Chemical (to pass lab sampling) and pumping it directly into the Ouachita River. This is extremely harmful for the environment as El Dorado Chemicals water is heavily saturated with ammonia. Do with this information what you will."
