Statement made by anonymous complainant: "I just received a call (3/3/23 at 11:00a) from an anonymous complainant that is alleging that all the manholes in the City of Yellville are overflowing and raw sewage is entering Town Branch (tributary of Crooked Creek) and that this is the second time in the last two weeks.
