ADEQ invites the public to review files and documents from this web site or by visiting the Department. We keep files and records on environmentally regulated facilities in Arkansas, including permitting and enforcement information, compliance, environmental reporting, and discharge or emissions monitoring. We maintain the bulk of our files electronically.

What You'll Find When Visiting The Public Information Section

  • Files regarding Arkansas facilities concerned with issues of Air, Water, Solid Waste, Mining, RST, and Hazardous Waste.
  • Active and void permits, permit applications, public comments, inspection reports and ADEQ correspondence.
  • Copies are 20 cents/page.

What You Won't Find

  • Files in active use by department staff.
  • Registry of spills of petroleum products or chemicals from transportation and facilities.
    (Files located in Emergency Response Section.)
