The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) data files are generated at the National Computer Center using the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Integrated Compliance Information System-NPDES (ICIS-NPDES) data base. They include wastewater treatment facilities which have applied for NPDES permits in the State of Arkansas. (The NPDES permit program regulates direct discharges from point sources that discharge into the navigable waters of the United States. The PCS data base is a computerized management system designed to aid EPA and State agency personnel in the monitoring of their NPDES programs.)

Each file is sorted alphabetically by facility name and NPDES permit number. The following NPDES data files for the State of Arkansas are available on our web site:

  • NPDES Facility Address List

Contents: A printout of the primary administrative mailing addresses for active permits issued under the NPDES program in the State of Arkansas. The list also contains the effective date of the current permit, the name and phone number of the cognizant official for the facility (if available), the average flow rate for the facility in MGD, the county in which the facility is located, the SIC/NAICS code for the facility, type of facility, and identifies it as a Major or Minor contributor.

  • NPDES Permit Tracking Event List
