This website is designed and maintained to provide a record of ADEQ’s activities, to offer information and resources, and to establish communication links with the public.
We follow laws, policies, and technical standards as we strive to make the website a useful tool for our staff and the citizens of Arkansas.

Act 308 of 2013 requires the Arkansas Department of Information Systems to develop nonvisual standards that ensure the needs of Arkansans who are blind or visually impaired are met through reasonable accommodation in the information technology products and services of the state.
