Office of Land Resources

Office of Land Resources (OLR) protects Arkansas’s land through a variety of programs, such as the Brownfield Program, which returns unproductive and potentially contaminated properties back to beneficial use. In addition, OLR oversees Arkansas’s regulation of hazardous and solid waste.
