Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee on Petroleum Storage Tanks, established by Arkansas Act 173 of 1989, consists of seven members who are appointed by the governor. They represent state, industry, and private interests. The primary duty of the committee is to advise DEQ and make recommendations regarding claims for payment from the Arkansas Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund based on Regulation 12.

Advisory Committee Meeting Schedule

Meetings are tentatively scheduled for 9 a.m. on the last Wednesday of most months at Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters.
