Red-tagged Facilities Data

If UST systems are not in compliance, they could be red-tagged. Fuel delivery is immediately prohibited for tanks that don’t meet minimum equipment standards for release detection or release prevention compliance. Red tags for noncompliance with other requirements may be applied after the owner/operator has been given written notice of violations and given an opportunity to comply.
