Draft Air Permit Decisions that have been issued by DEQ within the previous seventy-five (75) days are listed below. Draft permit Decisions are open for public comment for at least thirty days from the date the notice is published. Please contact the Air Permits Branch for the specific comment period on any draft permit of interest.
In addition, facilities that have submitted Notices of Intent (NOIs) for coverage under an Air General Permit are also listed. NOIs are not subject to public comment but are listed here as a public service.
