Our Legal Orders Database allows you to find descriptions of legal actions DEQ has taken against permitted facilities.

Legal Orders processed in SEEK will need to be searched using the Legal Orders Within SEEK Database Search. Legal Orders processed outside of SEEK will need to be searched using the Legal Orders Outside of SEEK Database Search.
