Legal Orders Database (CAO, NOV, etc.) Outside of SEEK

Our Legal Orders Database allows you to find descriptions of legal actions DEQ has taken against permitted facilities. You can search for a specific facility by its DEQ Facility Identification Number (AFIN), facility name, or its Legal Information System (LIS) number. Or you can enter a county name to see all the facilities in that county that have received legal orders from DEQ.
