Legal Orders Database (CAO, NOV, etc.) Within SEEK

Our Legal Orders Database allows you to find descriptions of legal actions DEQ has taken against permitted facilities. You can search for a specific facility by its DEQ Facility Identification Number (AFIN), regulated entity name, or its case number. Or you can enter a county name to see all the facilities in that county that have received legal orders from DEQ.
