LIHEAP
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) lowers the energy burden for households by helping with home energy bills—heating costs during the winter and cooling costs during the summer for those who qualify.

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) helps low-income families reduce energy usage in severely inefficient homes by installing energy efficiency upgrades and providing energy use education to qualifying homes.

The Home Energy Rebates Program is a federally-funded program that aims to reduce the cost of energy efficiency upgrades by providing rebates for high-efficiency appliances and home improvements to qualifying low- and moderate-income households. This program is in development and rebates are not currently available in Arkansas.
