Arkansas Energy Codes
Arkansas has statewide building codes for both residential homes and commercial buildings that use resources efficiently to save Arkansans energy and money. The Arkansas Energy Office is working to draft an updated state energy code.
Arkansas Energy Performance Contracting (AEPC) is a financing mechanism available to state agencies and public institutions of higher learning that allows them to pay for energy efficiency improvements "up front", and then pay back the "loan" through annual energy savings.
